This role will support financial planning and analysis for Cresco Labs retail operationsprovidingactionable insights to drive performance and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail finance exceptional data analytics skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced evolving industry.CORE JOB DUTIESWork in collaboration with thecommercialoperationsand financeteams to understandkeybusinessdrivers painpointsand reporting needsPartner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance financial visibilitySupportquarterlyand annual budgeting and forecasting processes for retail operationsDevelop andmaintainfinancial models to evaluate performance and support decision-makingAnalyze financial results trends and variances versus plan and prior periodsPrepare and deliver clear concise reporting packages for leadershipMonitor and report on key retail metrics (sales margin labormarketing etc.).Leverage large data sets to provide insights and improve reporting accuracyReview andvalidateaccrual activity and general ledger coding for accuracy and compliance.Collaborate with accounting to ensure proper month-end close processesProvide effective support to the FP&Ateamin all data collection and extraction to support strategic decisionsStrong interpersonal skills combined with an ability to handle multipledeliverablessimultaneouslyExcellent communication skills (written and verbal) with maturity to liaise with senior managementREQUIRED EXPERIENCE EDUCATION AND SKILLSBachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)35 years of progressive experience in FP&A or financial analysisExperience in multi-unit retail environments (e.g. consumer goods specialty retail QSR)stronglypreferred.Cannabis industry experience is a plus but notrequiredAdvancedproficiencyin Excel and financial modeling; experience with BI tools (Power BI Tableau) preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailAbility to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly to non-financial stakeholdersExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBENEFITSCresco Labs is proud to offer eligible employees a robust offering of benefits including major medical dental and vision insurance a 401(K)-match program FSA/HSA programs LTD/STD options life insurance and AD&D.
