As Cresco grows we will operate with the same level of professionalism and precision in each new market we move in to.JOB SUMMARYCresco Labs is seeking aSeniorAnalyst Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)to support theWholesale FP&A teamby providingcomprehensive financial insights and support to drive business performance across our operations.The ideal candidate will excelin reporting data analytics analyzing trends and variances tracking KPIs and management dashboards to support strategic business decisions relating to Crescos Operations.Our ideal candidate must be a self-starter who is highly organized with great attention to detail and thrives in a fast-paced environment.CORE JOB DUTIESWork in collaboration with the operations and finance teams to understandfacilitycostdriversUnderstand costing informationin ordertoprovideinsights on cultivation manufacturing and distribution for Crescos products with a view to meeting shortmediumand long-term objectivesDevelop andmaintainfinancial models to evaluate performance and support decision-makingAnalyze financial results trends and variances versus plan and prior periodsBuild a collaborative working relationship and become one of the financial liaisons with divisional and corporate leadership to support management and business unit reporting for Crescos OperationsReview andvalidateaccrual activity and general ledger coding for accuracy and complianceSupport the monthly close process to ensuretimelyaccurateand complete financial accounting and reportingPerform ad-hoc financial/quantitative analysis and various reporting financial modeling and business operations requestsProvide effective support to theFP&A teamin all data collection and extraction to support strategic decisionsREQUIRED EXPERIENCE EDUCATION AND SKILLSBachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field3 years of progressive experience in FP&A or financial analysisExperience intheConsumer PackagedGoods (CPG) industrystrongly preferredCannabis industry experience is a plus but notrequiredAdvancedproficiencyin Excel and financial modelingExcellent written and verbal communicationandpresentation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailAbility to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly to non-financial stakeholdersOrganizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across teamsBENEFITSCresco Labs is proud to offer eligible employees a robust offering of benefits including major medical dental and vision insurance a 401(K)-match program FSA/HSA programs LTD/STD options life insurance and AD&D.
