Sr. HVAC Technician
Job Summary
Anderson Air Conditioning and Heating is seeking an experienced and dedicated Sr. HVAC Technician to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of both residential and commercial HVAC systems. We are looking for a skilled professional with strong diagnostic abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, Repair, and Maintenance: Perform comprehensive repair, maintenance, and installation services on various residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Troubleshooting & Diagnosis: Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing effective and lasting repair solutions.
- Preventative Maintenance: Execute thorough preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively and courteously with customers, clearly explaining system issues and repair options.
- Logistics: Safely operate and maintain a company vehicle, manage inventory of parts and supplies, and maintain accurate work records.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in full compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4+ years of professional HVAC experience is required.
- EPA Section 608 Certification is required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and industry tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or apprenticeship training is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
- NATE Certification is strongly preferred.
