The department is responsible for client and investor document management processing research integration of new business quality checking of transactions and maintaining the register of investors in response to investor instructions working within all client service standards.Working Model: HybridWe have a balanced hybrid working model to ensure you get the flexibility you need and the successful candidate will spend their time between working in the office and working from home.Major Duties :Seasoned multi-disciplinary expert with extensive technical and / or business knowledge and functional expertiseFocus of role is on execution of strategic direction of business function activitiesCarries out co complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issuesDisplays a balanced cross-functional perspective liaising with the business to improve efficiency effectiveness and productivityKnowledge :Excellent oral and written communication skills are requiredIn-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is requiredHighly flexible and adaptable to changeTechnical skills / systems knowledge (e.g. Peoplesoft) is requiredLeadership and organizational skills are required to determine the Business Units goals resources needed and to assess and develop the skills of staff.#LI-GG1#LI-HybridExperience :A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is required. Related Industry qualification is preferred.Salary Range:$137400 - 240400 USDSalary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
