DescriptionPosition Title: Sr. IT Project ManagerLocation: San Francisco CAYour roleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex cross-functional technology initiatives from planning through delivery within the DigitalONE IT PMO. This role requires expertise in managing software and technology implementations strong business and technology partnerships and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced high-stakes environment.What youll do:Lead complex projects within the Lead to Contract squad of the DigitalONE Program.Build and maintain trusted relationships with key cross-functional business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals priorities and deliverables.Align with overall DigitalONE IT PMO guidelines and operating models.Provide guidance to development delivery team in managing dependencies and resolving blockers communicating with business stakeholders and driving the development team.Support technology teams in backlog refinement and prioritization and translation of business requirements.Present new initiatives top issues and risks and key accomplishments with clear and concise updates for executive business and technical audiences.Develop and maintain project plans track key milestones and business decisions and contribute to a centralized RAID log.Proactively identify monitor and escalate risks develop mitigation strategies and facilitate issue resolution quickly.Plan and facilitate joint planning sessions workshops and regular status reviews to keep teams aligned.Develop test plans and facilitate business testing to ensure successful end-to-end user acceptance testing.What youll need:Minimum of 8 years of IT project management experience managing complex IT projects.Experience with sales and contract management processes and systems particularly Salesforce CPQ and Conga.Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Jira Smartsheet).Advanced communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills with ability to tailor messaging to executive business and technical audiences.Strong leadership skills including ability to build trusting relationships and influence cross-functional teams.What we can offer youOur rapidly evolving business sector offers the opportunity to be part of a courageous and passionate team who work together to understand and meet the changing needs of our global customers.Join us and youll be part of a supportive and inclusive environment where you can bring your whole self to work.
