Job Description

Build and nurture individual and team expertise across Marketing Services pillars e.g. research and insights marketing strategy campaign development campaign delivery and optimization and campaign measurementServe as the subject matter expert in sponsorships events and experiential marketing for the Marketing Services Delivery team work across the business (Global North America and US Client Marketing) to capture and transfer expert knowledge insights and best practicesWork collaboratively with Business Development teams on account level planningProvide expertise on delivering campaigns across the marketing funnel (i.e. awareness through loyalty) and across channels (e.g. digital TV email etc.)Identify and develop scalable delivery frameworks to improve speed to market ensure work is delivered efficiently and executed flawlesslyProvide marketing thought leadership and expert project management skills to develop and implement marketing programs on behalf of Clients e.g. researchand insights marketing strategy campaign development campaign delivery and optimization and campaign measurementEstablish a collaborative feedback loop with Marketing Services Business Development and other key delivery stakeholders champion continuous improvement of Sales x Delivery operating modelAssist in developing processes to enhance working model with internal agency team to improve speed to market while ensuring creative output reflects Visa payments marketing expertise and aligns to Client program objectivesNurture grow and deepen Client relationships establish US Client Marketing as preferred marketing partner of choice among our clientsBuild and optimize Marketing Services Delivery reporting solutions designed to monitor and track team productivity and efficiency  Manage the implementation and tracking of Client engagement audits recommend process enhancements to improve future performanceEvaluate post-engagement Client survey scores collaborate with team to identify and implement enhancements to improve future performanceThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.Qualifications : Basic Qualifications:8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications:9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhDAuthority in multiple marketing disciplines e.g. brand direct response research content social influencer sponsorship events productDeep expertise in the areas of managing and executing sponsorship activations events and experiential marketingUnderstanding of market dynamics in the areas of consumer small business commercial prepaid debit credit paymentsAccomplished at building trusted relationships with cross-functional team members key stakeholders business leaders and ClientsAbility to structure manage and coordinate complex projects across multiple internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to collaborate and influence in highly matrixed organizations to drive decision making and move initiatives forwardWork with limited direction usually within a complex and ambiguous environment to drive fact-based marketing recommendations solutions and decisionsLeadership experience managing agency partners or providing marketing consulting services to lead creation of comprehensive full funnel multi-channel marketing programsStrong executive presence excellent written and verbal communication skills experience engaging with Executive and C-level suite audiencesExpert on all Microsoft products including Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint and TableauAdditional Information : Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.Visa is an EEO Employer.  Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race color religion sex national origin sexual orientation gender identity disability or protected veteran status.  Visa will also consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with EEOC guidelines and applicable local law.Visa will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable local law including the requirements of Article 49 of the San Francisco Police Code.U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 153700.00 to 223100.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge skills experience and addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
