Job Description

The Senior Manager of L&D Energy is a strategic leader responsible for designing implementing and overseeing comprehensive training programs for the Energy business. The role involves assessing organizational training needs developing innovative learning solutions tailored to the Energy environment and measuring the effectiveness of all L&D initiatives.This team member:  Leads a team of professionals in Sales and Logistics to include a remote trainers and is accountable for performance and team results.
