Overview: The CoverMyMeds CIO Infrastructure & Operations team seeks a full-time leader to manage a modern infrastructure support team. This role oversees highly available and high-performing infrastructure solutions, leading a team of motivated professionals. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive practical knowledge to develop solutions that ensure quality, applicability, and business impact Responsibilities: Lead a team of Linux and Windows professionals in a real time transaction processing environmentManage and support physical and virtual server environments, including Identity & Access Management, across on-premises, co-location, and cloud data centersDevelop and implement support plans and roadmaps for diverse environmentsAutomate redundant functions to improve quality and efficiencyDrive scalable risk reduction practices collaborating with technical contributors and leadershipDocument standards, architecture, implementation procedures, and troubleshooting stepsCommunicate effectively with peers, upper management, and customersTrain, mentor, and validate the work of team membersDemonstrate regular, dependable attendance and punctualityPerform duties remotely or on-site as needed Minimum Requirements: Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 9+ years of professional experience and 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience. Critical Skills: 6+ years’ professional experience and 3+ years of people leadership experience6+ years experience managing and administering systems infrastructure6+ years’ experience in multiple scripting technologies with a focus on automation in PowerShell/Terraform/Ansible/Jenkins6+ years’ experience with IT security concepts and best practices, vulnerability assessment, and remediation Preferred Skills: Experience with Identity and Access Management platformsFamiliarity with Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) and patch remediationKnowledge of change management and CMDB methodologiesExperience in automation, reporting, and domain name management Additional Skills: Experience with the following: IdP, IAM, Okta, AD, Windows, Linux, VMWare, LDAP, Single Sign-on, SAML, oAuth, DNS, GCP, Azure, ADManager, ServiceNow, SailPoint, InfobloxGood interpersonal, leadership, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills to develop relationships (internal and external) and manage any conflictMust be able to work independently with minimal supervisionGood leadership profile and negotiation skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
