This person will be instrumental in accelerating adoption improving partner capabilities and building integrated learning journeys across key enterprise clients and agency/tech partners and relevant stakeholders internationally. Content and curriculum development as well as distribution methods make up this integrated role. This role will partner closely with product marketing sales and sales go-to-market partner enablement and internal AdTech teams to drive measurable business impact through education.Key job responsibilitiesStrategy & PlanningDevelop and own the global learning strategy across different audience levels and stakeholder types inclusive of content & curriculumBuild comprehensive learning paths incorporating online offline and certification programsDrive personalized learning experiences to engage multiple decision-makers across target accountsSegment and prioritize educational needs based on partner businesses enterprise needs market demands and strategic alignmentExecution & OrchestrationLead the design and development of creative learner-centered training materials across multiple modalitiesCollaborate cross-functionally to build consistent and effective AI-driven learning experiencesOversee creation of learning content assessment methods and certification programsManage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) implementationInsights & OptimizationTrack and measure learning outcomes program effectiveness and ROIUse data to continuously improve learning programs and contentServe as a voice of partners/learners internally to inform product education strategy- 10 years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience managing teams- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams- Experience leading across multiple locales- MBAAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status disability or other legally protected status.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. The base pay for this position ranges from $140500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $232400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
