Sr. Manager, Logistics Projects & Technology at Kraft Heinz

Job DescriptionPrinciple Accountabilities:Deliver solutions through effective project management for the facilities capital and productivity pipelines for warehouse and transportation operations in North America.Lead capital projects from concept through completion utilizing effective project management excellence organization communication and execution skills.Develop project scope budget and drive projects through capital approval process. Manage expectations with key stakeholders on project timelines and deliverables.Develop a strategic network of suppliers and lead meetings to develop the project scope and deliverables. Types of suppliers could involve engineering construction general contractors IT HVAC MHE racking security automation and new technology.Manage supplier bidding and negotiations project financials purchase orders and invoicing forecasting and budgeting. Manage annual warehouse capital budget in excess of $20mm.Execute projects manage construction and lead startup activities. Coordinate and have good communication with contractors and site personnel.Present progress updates to senior leadership through good communication and presentation skills.Manage contractor direct reports through effective management and development skills.Explore and development new technologies processes and infrastructure projects that drive operational and financial KPI enablement automation simplification and cost reduction.Lead and execute the automation and technology agenda through expert knowledge in technology automation new development and digitization.
