For more information visit .Summary of Role:The Senior Manager of Executive and Employee Communications will lead strategic communications across multiple businesses and functions as well as GlobalGives GFs community engagement program. This role will also drive select strategic initiatives including tech vitality innovation and patenting. Reporting to the Senior Director of Executive and Employee Communications the role partners with senior leaders to shape and deliver compelling messaging that supports business strategy transformation and employee engagement. This role is Monday - Friday with occasional additional hours per the needs of global partnership /other business needs.Essential Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic internal communication plans for multiple businesses ensuring alignment with corporate messaging and editorial calendarsServe as a strategic communications partner to executive leaders across Finance & Operations Customers & Markets GF Labs and Inclusion & EngagementCreate compelling content including executive messaging internal communications and presentations tailored to diverse internal audiencesSupport change management initiatives through integrated communications strategies and stakeholder engagementDrive awareness and engagement around strategic initiatives such as tech vitality innovation and patentingEstablish and maintain consistent communications cadences and channels across supported functionsProvide expert counsel to leaders on communication strategy and support capability building across teamsLead communications and program management for GlobalGives GlobalFoundries community engagement program which since its inception which since its inception in 2016 has enabled GF and its employees to contribute over thousands of volunteer hours and tens of millions of dollars worldwide Other Responsibilities:Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental Health Safety & Security requirements and programsOther duties as assigned by manager / supervisorRequired Qualifications:Education bachelors degree in communications public relations or related fieldExperience - 10 years of experience in corporate and executive communications including internal and external communications5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives or business unit leadersExperience managing strategic initiatives and communications campaignsExperience supporting a variety of functions and organizationsExcellent communication skillsProficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Outlook Excel SharePoint and OneDrive)Travel Up to 20%Fluency in English Language both written & verbalPreferred Qualifications:Experience in a technical industry or sufficient technical background to incorporate technical messages fluentlyDemonstrated ability to work with and influence senior executives with urgency and strategic counselGlobal perspective and sensitivity to audience differentiationStrong executive presence and storytelling abilityMastery of modern communications tools and experience leveraging AI to increase efficiency and effectiveness of communicationsStrong planning organizational and project management skillsHigh emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication skillsExperience working in a matrixed fast-paced global organizationExpected Salary Range$119300.00 - $249600.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications experience and location.If you need a reasonable accommodation for any part of the employment process please contact us by email at and let us know the nature of your request and your contact information.
