ROLE SUMMARY:The Senior Manager Pfizer Brand plays a key role in shaping and advancing the brand for a global Fortune 500 business supporting the growth of Pfizers commercial position and reputation.Reporting to the Director Brand Operations in the Chief Marketing Office this role will be responsible for supporting the ongoing development activation and governance of Pfizers corporate brand including standards/guidelines paid campaigns PR partnerships and broader endorsed partnerships/sponsorships. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration to ensure that Pfizer brand is represented across markets and initiatives.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:Support the Director Brand Operations in developing and executing end-to-end Pfizer brand strategy and operations including:Planning and leading cross-functional stakeholder workshops and workstreams to drive brand alignment and executionManaging agency relationships and overseeing the creative development and delivery of brand campaignsSupporting and shaping the development of Pfizer brand standards and guidelinesSupporting key brand partnerships including paid campaigns PR partnerships and broader Pfizer endorsed partnerships and sponsorshipsManaging and tracking budgets for Pfizer brand initiativesContribute to brand performance tracking and insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and inform future strategyQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors degree with a preference for advanced degreeMinimum 7 years of experience in marketing across a number of industries with a preference for experience in or broad knowledge of the life sciences / pharmaceutical industryExperience with corporate brand managementExperience working with or at marketing agenciesExecutive presence and demonstrated ability to effectively influence senior leaders and colleagues at all levels of the organizationProven ability to manage large complex projects and deliver results meeting deadlines and strategic goalsExperienced collaborator with ability to skillfully coordinate across cross-functional teams and foster highly productive cross-functional relationshipsPreference for global experience in working with different markets that span various cultures languages and time zonesDemonstrate ability to thrive under pressure to take accountability and to meet deadlinesAbility to work effectively in unchartered territory and comfort with uncertaintyProficient with Microsoft suite and collaborative project management toolsAdditional Job Information:Last Date to Apply: December 1 2025Locations: New York NY or Tampa FLWork Location Assignment:HybridThe annual base salary for this position ranges from $120800.00 to $201400.00.* In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
