Equally important is a proven track record of establishing positive relationships with customers external and third parties internal product teams support organization and executive stakeholdersBasic Qualifications:5 years of relevant program/project management experience5 years of relevant program/project management experienceBachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or equivalentPreferred Qualifications:Experience working with distributed or geographically diverse teamsBackground in cloud migration projects or enterprise technology deploymentsFamiliarity with major experience with public cloud platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud) is a plusStrong organizational communication and troubleshooting skillsResponsibilitiesAs the Senior Manager for the Dedicated Cloud team you will be responsible for overseeing programs and supporting team members that help deliver exceptional customer experiences through the Oracle cloud adoption lifecycle.Support the execution of programs related to Dedicated Regions and Oracle AlloyImplement mechanisms to standardize processes and drive quality across product lifecycleNurture a collaborative customer-centric data-driven culture within the teamParticipate in technical discussions with customers and internal teams to address customer needsCollaborate regularly with engineering product and support teams to resolve customer issuesManage hiring onboarding and training of new team membersProvide coaching mentoring and day-to-day leadership to the team of Technical Program Managers (TPMs) and related rolesContribute to process and quality improvements using feedback from various sourcesEnsure timely follow-up on product issues and serve as an advocate for customer needsQualificationsDisclaimer:Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements such as immunization and occupational health mandates.Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations onlyUS: Hiring Range in USD from: $118500 to $251600 per annum.
