You will be responsible for 1:1 coaching and mentoring as well as developing strategy and working closely with leaders across Sales Marketing Product and the executive team to drive positive outcomes for this segment. As a key member of the sales leadership team you will have the opportunity to help build and refine Anroks sales development motion.In this role you willSet and maintain a high-performing culture and morale by overseeing the daily activities and quota performance management of individual SDRs to ensure key performance metrics are metHire and train new SDRs on Anroks product buyer personas competition and tools through various methods (ie. role-plays MEDDPICC)Develop and execute career development and leadership plans for direct reports; inclusive of but not limited to daily 1:1 mentoring coaching on time management objection handling prospecting tactics and active listening skillsStrategize with sales and marketing counterparts on pipeline and prospecting initiatives to meet company objectivesReport on team performance and forecast to senior leadershipImprove team output and efficiency over time by optimizing systems and processesEstablish a library of prospecting resources for the SDR teamRepresent the Sales Development team cross-functionally with leaders of other departmentsWhat excites us:3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales development or sales with at least 1 year in a leadership or mentorship capacityProven track record of exceeding quotas and driving team performanceStrong coaching and people development skills with a passion for helping others succeedDeep understanding of outbound prospecting strategies including cold calling email campaigns and social sellingExperience with CRM systems (Salesforce etc) and sales engagement tools (Outreach Gong)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsData-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and drive continuous improvementAbility to thrive in a fast-paced high-growth startup environmentNice to Haves:Experience in fintech tax technology or accounting software industriesBackground selling to finance accounting or tax teamsExperience building or scaling an SDR function from the ground upFamiliarity with product-led growth motionsTrack record of promoting team members into AE or other rolesWhat we offer:The equity upside of an early-stage startup with the product-market fit of a later-stage companyDaily lunch and snacks for those working out of our San Francisco New York City or Salt Lake City officesMedical dental and vision insurance covered 100%One Medical membership covered flexible sick benefits and moreGenerous PTO and parental leaveAnnual learning and development stipend for books online courses and conferences as well as a curious team to share your learnings withAnnual team offsites and in-person opportunities around our growing Anrok hubsHome office setup stipend to ensure you have the equipment you need to thrive at workAt Anrok we embrace a dynamic and flexible hybrid work environment based out of our growing office hubs - San Francisco New York City and Salt Lake City where we collaborate in-person 3 days per week.Please be aware: Job-seekers may be at risk of targeting by malicious actors looking for personal data.
