The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of back-end mainframe systems but also strong in modern technologies such as Java API development and cloud enablement.The Delivery Manager is responsible and accountable for how our technology solutions are delivered and supported. They provide thought leadership coaching and direction for all assigned staff and establish/enforce standards and best practices for the technologies and applications their teams develop and support.About This Role:Key AccountabilitiesLead manage and grow assigned team of up to 10 direct reportsBuild and maintain Stakeholder business and technology relationshipsCollaborate with leaders across IT and the Business to develop strategies that are aligned to our Strategic ImperativesAssist with the creation of roadmaps for applications and technical functions which may include application ownershipCollaborates and partners with aligned business leaders to manage portfolios of workIdentifies and resolves dependencies related to technology disciplineAct as technical lead and escalation point for technical teams internal/external customers and vendorsContinually improve teams through attracting retaining developing & organizing our talent and capabilitiesProvide status updates on delivery teams work and escalates risks and works to remove blockers or impediments when identifiedEnsure adherence to software development life cycle (SDLC) governanceMay support multiple teamsThe Ideal Candidate for This Role:Require Skills/ExperienceBachelors degree in a technology-related discipline or equivalent experience is requiredLeadership aptitude required excellent at coaching and mentoring others and driving team to reach goalsLeadership experience in their technical discipline preferred could be a Technical Lead Technical Project Lead or Team Lead type of experience (3-5 years)Understanding and experience working in Agile environment and Kanban or Scrum framework (1-3 years)Strong communication facilitation collaboration and organizational skillsContinuous improvement and demonstrable experience of improving process and teamsExperience with large mainframe processing systems a plus preferably credit card or financial processingOnsite/Remote designation is at VP Application Development discretionCandidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.Compensation:Compensation range (base pay): $112366.00-$191023.00This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience education and/or skill level.Work Environment: It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work onsite at the posted location.
