Every day is a chance to learn something new and turn vacation inspiration into exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide.The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for achieving defined sales targets assisting in personnel selection and development and is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction for the WorldMark by Wyndham Sales Line.How Youll Shine:Adhere to and administer sales policies and guidelines by representing the company in an ethical moral and professional mannerAdhere to company and industry best practicesEffectively deliver and maintain required sales targetsTraining evaluating and monitoring the performance goals of direct reportsConstructive involvement in daily sales meetingsLead by example by maintaining a high level of professionalism at all timesCollaborate with Trainers in facilitating initial and ongoing trainingWhat Youll Bring:Education and ExperienceA minimum of 2 years sales experience in the vacation ownership profession is preferredSales management experience requiredSkills and AbilitiesStrong leadership abilitiesExcellent coaching and teaching skillsKnowledge and application of sales techniques such as: building rapport needs and values selling negotiating and closing the saleProficient in utilizing technology and various computer systemsExcellent verbal and written skillsProblem solvingPositive and enthusiastic attitudePresents oneself as a professional role modelWorks successfully at all levels of the companyTrack record of success selling Wyndham Destinations productsOther Requirements:Set an example for desired behaviors and performance by maintaining monthly sales performance targets.
