The ideal candidate is a strong communicator highly organized and committed to driving team performance while maintaining high standards of safety quality and efficiency.ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily production activities to ensure workflow quality and productivity goals are consistently metProvide coaching training and performance feedback to team membersMonitor and enforce workplace safety policies and proceduresCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement initiativesMaintain accurate documentation and utilize computer systems for reporting scheduling and communicationAssist with scheduling resource planning and problem-solving on the production floorSupport operations on Saturdays as needed (not every weekend)Qualifications35 years of Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (required)Experience working with electronics or electronic componentsHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong computer proficiency including the ability to learn and use multiple systemsProven ability to lead motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced environmentSchedule: MondayFriday 6:30AM3:00PM (flexible) Saturdays 6:00AM11:00AM as neededSalary Range: $45000$50000 annuallyPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
