This prestigious award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at Circana.Learn more at .What will you be doing You will support one of our Consumer Healthcare clients to enhance clients understanding of their performance relative to the market and competitors across multiple brands. You will be focused on helping the client better understand the dynamics of the competitive landscape which includes competitive overviews understanding opportunities and risks and interpreting strategy through external sources (i.e. Investor Call summaries). You will utilize a variety of Circana tools to translate macro trend impact and create compelling insights-based reports and analyses for the client.Job ResponsibilitiesUtilize POS Consumer Panel and eCommerce data sets to present fact-based arguments influencing decision making of brand research and other client teamsBuild rapid rapport with key client contacts and across functions within the Circana organizationCoordinate and execute high quality on-going reports analyses and ad-hoc requestsServe as a passionate advocate for the client in order to build their businesses; this may involve presenting and advocating recommendations in a challenging environmentIdentify potential data issues and coordinate effective problem solving with client and internal teamRequirements5 years of experience with syndicated data analytics eCommerce category management or related fields is requiredBachelors degree required advanced degree preferredMarketing and/or sales analytics experience with a CPG company Retailer or other CPG industry companies using syndicated dataDemonstrated proficiency in translating data and analysis into relevant implicationsStrong interpersonal communication project management and process skillsExpertise with Microsoft Office tools and understanding of AI toolsLocationThis role is a hybrid position with onsite presence 1-2 days per week in the clients Whippany NJ office however will consider fully remote for the right candidate.Circana BehaviorsAs well as the technical skills experience and attributes that are required for the role our shared behaviors sit at the core of our organization. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employees position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements sales or revenue-based metrics any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs.
