Join us as an Android Sr. Mobile Technical Lead Engineer to help manage and lead a team to make a direct impact on the way millions of people sell items every day. Youll report directly to a senior manager partnering closely with product and business teams to deliver the next generation of mobile commerce.What you will accomplish:Lead and grow a team of Android engineers attracting top talent and nurturing their development through coaching and mentorshipDeliver high-quality innovative mobile experiences for millions of daily active users setting new industry standards for performance and usabilityFoster collaboration across multi-functional and global teams improving workflows and accelerating product deliveryDrive continuous improvement in development processes advocating for standard methodologies in code quality technical architecture and team cultureChampion agile methodologies and data-driven decision making ensuring successful feature launches and impactful product releasesMentor engineers in advanced Android development supporting each team members learning journey and helping develop future technical leadersWhat you will bring:Prefer 12 years experience designing building and releasing native Android applications using Kotlin and established architecture patternsProven leadership in managing and developing high-performing engineering teamsExpertise in Android frameworks and tools including Jetpack Compose MVVM Dagger and integration with backend APIs (REST/GraphQL)Strong advocacy for automated testing continuous delivery and software quality across the development lifecycleExcellent communication documentation and remote collaboration skills for success across dispersed team environmentsExperience working on consumer-facing products driving customer-centric solutions and delivering measurable business impact#LI-BB1The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:$152400 - $247800Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including location skills and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as PTO and parental leave).
