Perform account and service management which consists of but is not limited to managing Nautilus accounts and services. This shall include creation modification and tracking accounts. Service management shall include but is not limited to IMAC submittals IMAC tracking and hardware and software tracking and inventory management. End user communications shall consist of providing written communication to end users and customers on account and services status.Required Qualifications:Experience:Six (6) years of professional experience in relation to NEN programming including Network Enterprise Tool (NET) CLIN offerings and NEN ordering.Clearance: Active Secret security clearance.Preferred Skills and Knowledge:Bachelors degree in a business or technical field (preferred).If you thrive on solving complex problems and building meaningful connections wed love to hear from you.
