Job Description - Title: Sr. Network Engineer (W2) Location :NY Rego knowledge and not just any network Engineers Client is building next generation of network automation for one of the largest broadcast environments in the country. Looking for a senior NetDevOps specialist to help lead the way. Must Have: Strong background in Python and Ansible (Rego knowledge is a bonus). F5 Palo Alto Arista NetBox GitLab Multicast (IGMPv3 PIM-SM) Knowledge of Cloud Network architecture CI/CD automation and integrations Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor train and influence teams outside your direct line. There is no people management. Plus: Comfort working in managed network environments Broadcast media experience is a plus but not required. We DO NOT need traditional route switch network engineers. Job Description: Architect and build automation tooling and pipelines using NetBox GitLab Arista CVP/MCS and Evertz Magnum. Own the automation stack while supporting others in creating and maintaining operational runbooks. Guide vendor integrations: sometimes hands-on developing other times serving as manager tester or approver of interfaces. Lead cross-functional task forces that bring together developers broadcast engineers and network engineers. Drive adoption of automation-first practices across the organization. Experience Needed: Strong background in Python and Ansible (Rego knowledge is a bonus). Proven success with NetBox GitLab Arista CVP/MCS and CI/CD automation at scale.
