Join us in advancing our mission to extend lives and expand possibilities.Summary The core objective of this role will be to actively support the processes and projects designed by the Master Data Manager and Governance to ensure the accuracy and consistency of master data. The role entails a strong involvement in analyzing and improving architectures and reporting tools gathering the voice-of-customer from the business and executing the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesWorking within the Data Governance framework to ensure accurate and consistent data maintenance across all business in the US.Investigate reasons for potential data issues and related alternative solutionsAnalyze synthesize and communicate data and issues into business language meaningful and insightful messaging and plansResponsible for the design and development of key indicators and the appropriate tracking reports to assist in the management of services and suppliers and/or the operations organization.Responsible for implementing quality protocols and procedures to ensure adherence are HIPAA compliant and adhere to Baxter privacy and security policiesto ensure compliance to state/ federal healthcare pharmaceutical regulatory and tax requirements.Work collaboratively with and serve as key liaison between key stakeholder including but not limited to: DTO Data Governance IT IMO and Commercial to drive accuracy technical solutions and improvement for the operation to enable seamless customer experienceQualificationsMust have a general understanding of master data concepts and attributesExperience with analyzing and resolving discrepant data across integrated systems.Strong problem solving detailed oriented and analytical skills are required.Knowledge of common tools and systems used in Customer Master operations required.Ability to produce results with minimal supervision.Assist Customer Master team to resolve escalated customer issues and new implementations to maintain and support established KPIs.Support / lead projects relating to Baxters Customer Master operationEducation and/or Experience3-5 years relevant professional experience required.Possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Working knowledge of JDE SAP Radaro and Reltio a plusBachelor degree preferredUS Benefits at VantiveThis is where your well-being matters.
