Here youll be close to the action of dreaming up and bringing to life the Target-owned brands that surprise and gratify guests wherever and whenever they love to shop.A role within Owned Brand Strategy and Operations means you will enable Owned Brands to achieve its ambition and value proposition as an industry leading organization by being:Catalysts: Leading strategies insights and data to bring forth new business development ideas that create leapfrog moments for outsized growthOptimizers: Create end-to-end connected solutions for people process and technology that shore up foundational deliverables and enable strategic growthDrivers: Track KPIs and understand learning plans across our brands projects and strategies with a focus on actionConnectors: Utilize our resources to build a globally connected team that delivers optimal results by acting as a bridge for alignment communication and decision makingPacesetters: Cultivate a how might we mindset based on strategic alignment effort and impact while leveraging priorities and continuous experimentation to drive flexibilityAs the Sr. Owned Brand Operations Manager focused on technology integration you will deliver an end-to-end integrated connected & responsive digital ecosystem enabled by technology that is optimized for cost agility collaboration and sustainability.Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job duties may change at any time due to business needs.Define the processes roles responsibilities and interaction models that enable smooth integration of technology within Owned Brand Product Creation.Drive connectivity identify dependencies and optimize sequencing across key processes that need to be enabled by technology for optimization within Owned Brands and across the total enterprise.Leverage business subject matter experts to inform technology solution needsPartner closely with Product UX and Engineering teams to align process design and business requirements with technology solutionsEstablish and Manage stakeholder groups to support prioritization and decision making.Own planning and prioritization processes with clear documentation and roadmaps to communicate progress updates to stakeholders.Lead change management: communications training onboarding and adoption strategies for new tools and processes.Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders within business and product teams on operational implications of strategic decisions related to technology integration.Computer skills: MS Office 365 PowerPoint SmartSheet Excel Outlook SharePoint MiroAbout YouFour year degree or equivalent work experience5-7 years of relevant experience (i.e. Strategy Program/Project/Change Management Product Management)Ability to operate in an ambiguous and rapidly changing work environment working both independently and leading and influencing cross functional teamsExperience working with Product Management Engineering UXAbility to facilitate communication between business and technology teamsDemonstrates critical thinking skills ability to bring order to unstructured problems and clearly communicate complex findings to focus on issues and actionable opportunitiesStrong written and verbal communication skills including storytelling succinct presentation and thoughtful questioningDemonstrated success working closely with senior leaders including influencing without authorityOutstanding interpersonal skills characterized by effective interactions with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and audiencesAbility to quickly organize and prioritize complex work and track record of operational excellenceRespects appreciates and values diverse voices and approachesCommitted to creating equitable experiences and fostering an inclusive teamThis position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Targets needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team members core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually depending upon what your role team and tasks require for that day.
