RWE Clean Energy LLCTo start as soon as possible full time permanentFunctional area: Health Safety & EnvironmentRemuneration: ExemptThe Sr HSSE Physical Security Managerplays a key role within the HSSE (Health Safety Security & Environmental) organization responsible for the strategic development implementation and oversight of comprehensive physical security programs across all company assets and operations. This position ensures the protection of personnel property and information through robust risk management policy development and cross-functional collaboration while aligning with enterprise governance frameworks and regulatory standards (e.g. NERC/CIP ISO ANSI/ASIS).Role Responsibilities: Develop and execute the physical security strategy in alignment with enterprise HSSE objectives and global standards.Lead the integration of security governance into field operations and business planningOversee daily operations of all physical security programs including access control video surveillance and intrusion detection systems and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations theretoEstablish and maintain physical security policies standards and procedures while ensuring documentation is current and communicated to all stakeholdersFoster a culture of accountability continuous improvement and professional growthCollaborate with internal partners (e.g. IT Legal HR Operations) and external agencies (e.g. law enforcement regulatory bodies) to ensure effective security operations and incident responseDrive adoption of new technologies and best practices in physical securityLead projects to upgrade and standardize security infrastructure across the organizationEnsure readiness for audits and inspections; maintain evidence of compliance and support continuous improvement of the security management systemJob Requirements and Experiences: Bachelors degree in Security Management Criminal Justice or related fieldAdvanced degree or certifications such as CPP/PSP preferredA minimum of 9 years of progressive experience in physical security operations is requiredA minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management role is requiredDemonstrated expertise in access control video management and incident response systems (e.g. Avigilon Lenel Genetec)Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (NERC/CIP ISO 45001/14001 ANSI/ASIS PAP.1) and industry best practicesProven ability to lead cross-functional teams manage complex projects and drive organizational changeExcellent communication analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage customer relationshipsDemonstrated desire to learn about the Company and the renewables spaceExcellent proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook) and TeamsStrong leadership and communication and the ability to meet deadlinesStrong organization skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deliverablesAbility to multitask while working independently and as part of a teamMotivated self-starter goal-oriented and strong problem-solving abilitiesProven ability to empathize build relationships and effectively communicate with people from a diverse set of backgroundsResponds well to direction is easy to challenge and develop and is coachableIs detail-oriented has strong business acumen and a sound understanding of business conceptsWork Environment:This position is an office-based role with some travel and visits to other RWECE offices and field locations. The listed salary range represents our good faith estimate for this position and represents the range for new hire salaries across all U.S locations.
