DescriptionManage the development and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Sr. Principal Technical Program Manager to join our Operations & Programs this role you will lead strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence governance and cross-functional alignment across OCIs global cloud ecosystem. You will play a critical part in enhancing organizational efficiency and employee engagement by identifying opportunities for improvement implementing scalable solutions and ensuring successful execution.The ideal candidate brings deep program management expertise and a strong understanding of cloud operations enabling OCI to deliver secure reliable and cost-efficient services worldwide.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities: Identify opportunities to improve employee engagement collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive actionable initiatives and report progress to management regularly. Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance organizational efficiency by developing and executing action plans with defined KPIs and tracking performance to meet business objectives. Provide value-added business analysis to leadership by identifying notable trends highlighting risks or areas for improvement and recommending actionable solutions. Proactively address complex problems including those involving visible and emerging risks roadblocks or conflicting constraints. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills enabling effective engagement with senior business leaders and cross-functional colleagues.
