This role blends strategic productownership with hands-on R&D collaboration and supply chain execution.What Youll DoStrategic Product Development Lead end-to-end product development initiatives including concept formulation prototyping testing and launch. Drive innovation by identifying opportunities in ingredients technologies and product formats. Define and oversee product testing protocols quality control processes and regulatory compliance. Optimize existing SKUs for performance cost and scalability including SKUrationalization as needed.Product Management & Execution Maintain timelines and project plans for product initiatives working cross-functionally with marketing sourcing production and design teams. Lead seasonal project strategy roadmaps including all product go-to-market and growth initiatives. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to determine pricing positioning andfeature differentiation. Collaborate with leadership to translate brand vision into actionable product objectives. Monitor product performance and iterate quickly to maximize impact and consumer satisfaction.Sourcing & Vendor Management Develop relationships with local and international vendors and manufacturers to support product initiatives. Manage vendor performance quality and timelines to ensure product excellence. Optimize costs and minimum order quantities (MOQs) while balancing quality serviceand scalability.What You Bring Proven experience leading product strategy and execution within consumer health beauty or wellness categories. Demonstrated success in shipping products that balance scientific credibility userexperience and commercial performance. Strong strategic thinking skills paired with a bias toward hands-on execution and delivery. Ability to inspire align and communicate across teams from R&D to Marketing toOperations. Comfort operating at both strategic and tactical levels with a readiness to roll up your sleeves. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong expertise in formulation prototyping testing and regulatory compliance. Track record of launching innovative high-quality products and managing end-to-end lifecycle. Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Shopify Amazon) and DTC operations. Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive product decisions.
