Using Docusigns Intelligent Agreement Management platform companies can create commit and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).What youll doThe Sr. Product Manager Data Security Strategy and Implementation will be a product-focused individual contributor responsible for shaping and implementing Docusigns comprehensive Data Security Strategy. A key member of our AI & Data Security team the Sr. Product Manager will work across the Security team and with cross-functional business leaders to integrate data security best practices into all business functions.In this role you will spearhead initiatives that establish and mature the governance and security strategy for all company and customer data. This includes ensuring proper data handling classification enabling secure access and setting security standards for data use in internal tools and our products. You will also support related AI security programs including securing AI development pipelines and supporting the safe adoption of AI tools as part of the holistic data security-first framework. Partnering with Engineering Product Security Legal IT and Compliance teams you will define and deliver programs that safeguard all company data as well as AI models and AI-enabled platforms bridging program delivery risk management and emerging data security practices.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director of AI & Data Security.ResponsibilityDevelop and execute the organizations overarching data security and governance strategy which includes the security requirements for AI and ML systems aligning with overall business objectives digital transformation initiatives and product and enterprise security requirementsBe a key contributor on a high-performing product-driven team focused on measurable outcomes and continuous improvementWork in close partnership with security engineers within the AI & Data Security team; Security teammates within product security enterprise security and detect and respond; and cross-functional leaders across the businessDefine deliver and continuously evolve data security best practices for the entire data lifecycleOperationalize governance and guardrails for data handling access classification and AI/ML tool adoption ensuring safe and compliant use across the organizationDrive data security programs ensuring security best practices resilience and regulatory compliance in how all company and customer data is collected stored processed and leveragedPartner with Product Engineering and Security leaders to embed secure by design and default principles into data platforms AI/ML systems and product workflowsTranslate technical risk into business impact providing clear updates trade-off discussions and recommendations to executivesEnsure products and data-handling processes meet internal security standards industry frameworks and regulatory requirementsDefine measurable success criteria and report outcomes to leadershipJob DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. Docusign reserves the right to change a positions job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.What you bringBasic8 years in data security data governance or related security disciplines with exposure to AI securityBachelors degree in computer science data science cybersecurity risk management or a related technical fieldExperience leading or managing enterprise-wide data security and governance programsExperience with product security including secure development lifecycle and CI/CD best practices data and AI/ML risks secure coding practices and software supply chain risk mitigationExperience with enterprise security including risk mitigation and governance of data across business workflows and platforms (CRM ERP HRM etc.)Experience with data security threats (e.g. data leakage unauthorized access exfiltration) and threats presented through the malicious use of AI or ML; substantive experience working with threat intelligence CSIRT PSIRT Product and Engineering teams to combat such risksExperience with data governance and security including implementation of data governance and security frameworks business initiatives to leverage data and data security best practices such as identity and access management attack surface management and data loss preventionExperience defining security KPIs metrics pipelines and executive reporting frameworksPreferredMasters degree or higherExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business audiencesStrong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills especially with Product Engineering Data Privacy and executive teamsExcellent collaboration and communication management skills across technical and non-technical audiencesCertifications: CISM CRISC CISSP CCSP or equivalentFamiliarity with attack surface monitoring supply chain security and continuous control validationExperience driving automation strategies predictive analytics and data-driven insightsKnowledge of frameworks such as NIST CSF NIST AI RMF ISO 27001 ISO 42001 FAIR SOC 2 and FedRAMPWage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience.Based on applicable legislation the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $140000.00 - $225075.00 base salaryThis role is also eligible for the following:Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals.
