Were seeking individuals with a growth mindset who love tackling challenging problems and want to make a significant impact on how businesses operate. You will be responsible for overseeing industry-leading negotiation and collaboration. You will also work on user-facing products that use the latest AI technology to augment human work and delight our customers. You will be responsible for owning key projects supporting them from definition through implementation and ongoing improvement. You will work with UX Design and Engineering to build delightful features and will work across functions to bring them to market.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Product Management.ResponsibilityDevelop product plans for key initiatives and prioritize features based on long-term vision while also helping the team design and launch lean MVPsWork directly with customers to identify product opportunities gaps and difficultiesCollaborate closely with UX Design and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality end-to-end experiences in a fast-paced startup environmentBe an expert and champion for user needs and goalsIncorporate customer feedback competitive analysis and team input to continuously improve products and user experiencesCollect and translate requirements into user stories and specificationsProvide clear guidance and direction throughout the product development process to ensure successful implementationDefine key business metrics and goals and track to themCollaborate with Customer Success Marketing and Sales for GTM activitiesJob DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. Docusign reserves the right to change a positions job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.What you bringBasic8 years of related experience3 years of experience in product management for complex business or enterprise applicationsPreferredExperience balancing long-term strategic work while simultaneously executing on near-term needsStrong decision-making skills when faced with ambiguous situations without perfect dataExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly articulate problem spaces product decisions and underlying rationaleProven track record of shipping user-facing capabilitiesDegree in Business Informatics Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent experienceExperience with legal sales and procurement-focused B2B software productsHands-on experience working with LLMs or agentic workflowsWage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience.Based on applicable legislation the below details pay ranges in the following locations:Washington Maryland New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $133800.00 - $197750.00 base salaryThis role is also eligible for the following:Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals.
