We value diversity and are dedicated to creating an environment that is respectful and inclusive for everyone.Were looking for a product manager to work with our Enterprise team in delivering quality features around administering and managing Lucids visual collaboration suite of products. This includes administration tools authentication/SSO support integration with third-party management providers and the overall configuration and management of our Lucid suite of this role you will work with account admins and internal Lucid teams to enable successful implementation and administration of each product and feature. To be successful in this role you need to work well across teams at Lucid and with our customers to identify requirements and dependencies. An understanding and experience with large enterprise accounts on management tools administering large deployments and experience with Single Sign-On Providers is a plus.Responsibilities:Work closely with UX Engineering Marketing Sales and other Product teamsBecome an expert in our customers their motivations goals and needsDeliver on key business outcomes measured by top level business metricsOwn product features and/or themes through their creative cycle: ideation specification development release analysis and iterationPerform qualitative and quantitative research to discover feature ideas and validate them before developmentWork closely with UI/UX designers to ensure an excellent user experience in our productWork with engineers to help guide feature developmentEffectively leveraging metrics to understand usage patterns and the effectiveness of features using quantitative analysis to find opportunities for optimizationEffectively plan and prioritize work across multiple projects and communicate priority to relevant stakeholdersBe responsible for affecting key performance indicatorsEffectively able to plan and prioritize work across multiple projects and communicate priority to relevant stakeholders.Other duties as assignedRequirements:Bachelors degree4 years of software Product Management experienceTrack record of improving core business and product metrics especially in B2B SaaS environmentsAbility to de-risk: can be creative and come up with ways to validate hypotheses quicklyAbility to talk with anyone from engineers to enterprise sales reps solution engineers executive-level customers internal stakeholders and end users each in their own languageUnderstand how to create simple and intuitive user experiencesExcellent working relationship with engineering and UXProven ability to take feedback and learn fastPreferred Qualifications:Strong eye for polish design and brand within a productExperience with document-centric solutions within the Software as a Service (SaaS) domainExperience working with SaaS tools administratorsExperience with rapid prototyping and learning techniques including AB/multivariate testingStrong understanding of digital products and productivity workflow#LI-DA1Required Experience:Senior IC Key Skills Time Management,Data Analytics,Analytical,Agile,Requirement Gathering,Strategic thinking,Visio,Communication,Problem Solving,Market Research,UML,Cross Functional Teams Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
