The TPS team has a wide range of responsibilities including but not limited to planning press fulfillment and distribution enabling us to positively impact guest and team member experiences while embodying Targets core values.As a Sr Production Scheduler within Target Printing Services you willBe responsible for developing and executing comprehensive production schedules.Align resources timelines and priorities across multiple business functions.Partner closely with internal stakeholders (production and planning teams) to execute business needs into production plans.Balance operational capacity and delivery commitments.Use internal MIS software to link and upload jobs into automated schedules.Publish/distribute twice daily schedule.Host twice daily production meetings.Host twice weekly scheduling/planning/production meetings.Model multiple scheduling outcomes to identify risks evaluate trade-offs and recommend proactive adjustments that ensure on-time completion of critical projects.Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.This role works on-site from our Brooklyn Park printing facility.About you:5 years of experience in production planning scheduling or operations coordination preferably in print manufacturing or distribution environments.Strong understanding of capacity planning resource optimization and supply chain dependencies.Proven ability to balance competing priorities and make data-driven decisions under tight deadlines.Proficiency in production scheduling and planning systems.
