We value teamwork and strive to build strong leaders.Location: Dahlgren, Virginia 22448Job Type: Full-TimeClearance: Top Secret ClearanceJob Description:Provides comprehensive project management support including risk, issue, and opportunity management, cost estimation, scheduling, milestone tracking, and performance oversight throughout the project lifecycle from concept to maintenance.Supports requirements identification, change control, acquisition, logistics, and operations and maintenance activities to sustain and enhance computing capabilities while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity directives such as CTOs, IAVMs, and FRAGORDs.Participates in In-Process Reviews (IPRs), Configuration Design Reviews (CDRs), System Design Reviews (SDRs), and Change Boards (CCB/CAB), providing technical representation and project status updates aligned with government policies and priorities.Ensures effective workforce management by maintaining a qualified, certified, and trained staff; developing and executing a Workforce Management Plan; and managing smooth personnel transitions to ensure continuity and compliance with task order requirements.Submits progress and status reports, including Contracting Officers Management Reports (CDRL A005), and conducts regular meetings with government counterparts to discuss performance, staffing, risks, and financial status.Adheres to telework, skills, and training requirements, allowing up to 40% remote work (for unclassified tasks), ensuring personnel meet DoD 8570.01-M / DFARS 252.239-7001 certification standards, and maintaining accurate training completion logs (CDRL A027).Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's level degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration.Six (6) years of professional experience in relation to IT and network acquisition, analysis, planning, integrated logistics support, enterprise architecture, management support, and program cost analysis.
