Job Description
The Sr. Program Manager is responsible for leading large enterprise-wide programs with multiple interconnected projects. Oversees program integrity coordination and risk management to ensure the successful delivery of business objectives. Key duties include:Developing and maintaining program environments and timelinesManaging interdependencies across projects and teamsDriving performance improvement initiatives to enhance quality and reduce costsServing as primary liaison for communication and data sharingCoordinating activities among quality IT analytics and evidence-based practice teamsProviding project management expertise resource planning and issue escalationSupporting strategic change initiatives and benefit realizationRequires strong leadership strategic planning and collaboration skills to deliver projects within scope time and budget.Hours:Full time (40 hours)Day Shift WeekdaysLocation:Johns Hopkins at KeswickBaltimore MDQualifications:A Bachelors Degree is required.
