This role oversees control projects and leads special initiatives, collaborating with internal teams and contractors to develop operational procedures, sequences of operation, and custom BAS programming/graphics. The specialist commissions and recommissions systems, performs inspections and routine maintenance, and troubleshoots and repairs HVAC controls and related equipment (e.g., VFDs, BAS, programmable controllers) to maintain environmental integrity and energy efficiency. Additional responsibilities include maintaining documentation, analyzing system data, and recommending improvements to instrumentation and programming. While the position has no formal supervisory duties, it may orient new employees, guide contract staff, and respond rapidly to outages during inclement weather.Compensation:$35/hr to $40/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one ofemployment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
