Description The Sr. Project Manager - Life Sciences Construction will: Lead and manage all phases of life science construction projects, from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to meet client expectations. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and address any project-related concerns proactively. Oversee contract negotiations, change orders, and procurement processes.
