About the RoleWe are seeking an experiencedProject Managerto lead the construction of complex water and wastewater treatment facilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure projects on time within budget and to the highest safety and quality standards.This is a leadership role requiring strong technical expertise financial acumen and the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders in a high-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all phases of water/wastewater plant construction projects from planning to closeout.Oversee project budgets schedules and resources to ensure successful delivery.Coordinate with clients engineers subcontractors and regulatory agencies.Ensure strict adherence to safety quality and environmental standards.Negotiate contracts change orders and manage risk throughout the project lifecycle.Provide mentorship leadership and guidance to project teams.Drive stakeholder communication reporting and client satisfaction.Qualifications10 years of experiencemanaging water and/or wastewater plant construction projects.Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field.Strong knowledge of water/wastewater process systems civil/structural works and mechanical/electrical installations.Proven ability to manage projects exceeding $15M in value.Exceptional leadership negotiation and communication skills.Experience with alternative delivery methods (CMAR Design-Build etc.).Proficiency with project management tools (Primavera P6 MS Project Procore etc.).PMP or PE license preferred but not required.Compensation and Benefits Competitive base salaryPerformance-based incentives.Comprehensive health dental and retirement benefits.Career advancement opportunities in a growing company.$120000 - $150000 a year#ZRWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process such as reviewing applications analyzing resumes or assessing responses.
