This role involves conducting thorough financial analysis forecasting and underwriting to support our clients and potential clients investment strategies. With career development opportunities a collaborative culture and a commitment to innovation we empower our employees to thrive.What Youll Be DoingDetailed underwrite/modeling one year and multi-year pro-formas.Train and mentor financial analysts.Review underwriting in presentations and proposals with clients (in-person or online).Join business development on client calls or presentations to discuss potential new assets or clients.Create new multifamily asset 12-month detailed operating budgets.Review existing asset service contracts.Conducts market research and analyzes market data including market occupancy rental rates demographics competitor positioning and economic information.Create and update proposals and presentations that are presented to prospective clients.Interface with multifamily real estate brokers for scheduling property tours with/for clients and requesting updated financial reports during underwriting.Assists with ad-hoc/special projects as needed.Recommend processes to improve company efficiency.Responsible for day-to-day communications with the Supervisor and ensuring all reporting and tasks are completed on time.Requirements3 years experience in real estate analysis and modelingStrong Understanding of multifamily underwriting.Proficiency in Microsoft Office strong proficiency in ExcelStrong analytical skills & ability to grasp new concepts quicklyStrong written and verbal skillsMust be able to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to maintain sensitive and confidential informationMultifamily real estate analysis: 3 years (Preferred)Using excel models: 3 years (Required)Bachelors Degree required - Finance Economics Real Estate Business Administration or related fields preferred.If you have a Valiant Spiritbold driven and ready to make an impactwe want you on our team.Third-Party Submissions & Staffing AgenciesValiant Residential does not accept unsolicited resumes or candidate submissions from staffing agencies or third-party recruiters for any posted positions.
