For more information visit.The OpportunityWere seeking an experienced Sr. Recruiting Coordinator/ People Operations Specialist to hire world-class talent for Databooks growing Technology team. You will lead full-cycle recruiting across the teams open positions ensuring both hiring managers and candidates have an exceptional addition you would be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires as well as helping us with creating efficient processes for employee lifecycle events coordinating training programs and managing office operations.What youll do:Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies to deliver high quality diverse talentOwn the recruiting process in Greenhouse including job posts.
