We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us.Job Summary:Supermicro Computer, Inc. is currently seeking a Sr. Sales Manager responsible for successfully expanding Supermicro's customer base in IoT, GSI, Partner Alliance.The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining the quality, efficiency, and integrity of Supermicro's sales and partner management process through various means of sales & marketing activities and working with cross functional teams - including Engineering, Finance, Logistics, Legal and Programs. If you are customer and solutions centric, and have a passion for generating new opportunities, selling solutions, managing relationships, and surpassing revenue goals, further your career with Supermicro!Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Approach System Integrators, Enterprises, Telcos, Data Centers/Cloud, Gaming, HPC, IoT, GSI, Partner Alliance, AI Use-Cases with the intent to win net new logosForge and Manage complex Customer & Partner Relationships, e.g. System integrators, VARs, OEMsQualify new opportunities with a vertical focus on IOT/Retail sector and System IntegratorsDevelop relationships, also at the C-level to communicate product and market informationUnderstand customer's and partners needs for HW Infrastructure solutionsParticipate in RFPs, Provide Proposals to customers and partnersManage POC processContract NegotiationGo-To Market focusMonitor inventory, negotiate prices, enter and monitor order start, facilitate credit issues and negotiate returnsDevelop supervisor customer service relationships with prospectsConsistently achieve lead and quotasProduce reports as necessary, adept with Sales ForceParticipate in trade shows Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, engineering or similar fields preferredMinimum 8 years of experience in server sales, solutions selling environment preferredPassionate about solutions sellingExperience in complex Partner Management and AlliancesExperience in developing and executing Go-To Market strategiesAble to work positively under deadlines and constraints, result-oriented and attentive to detailMulti-task and time management skills are a mustConsistently meeting/exceeding assigned jobs/goals in timely mannerStrong communication skills across multiple disciplines and cultures; demonstrated communication skills-written, verbal presentationExperience tracking and reporting data on lead activityStrong written and verbal skills in English are a must, proficiency in 2nd language is a plusWillingness to travel extensivelySalary Range$139,000- $165,000The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
