Leveraging your deep understanding of Salesforce architecture features and capabilities you will serve as a bridge between end users and development teams ensuring alignment with strategic goals and user expectations. This role also requires strong Agile experience as youll collaborate within and across Scrum teams to support backlog refinement user story development and iterative delivery. Were seeking a proactive detail-oriented professional who can lead discovery efforts define solutions and help teams stay focused on delivering value.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and validate clients business needs and Salesforce application requirementsServe as a liaison between business teams and technical teams ensuring alignment of expectations and deliverablesSupport project managers with managing the client relationship and deliverablesMaintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements process flows and system changesWork with stakeholders to define product vision and Salesforce application requirementsAttend and facilitate requirements gathering meetings with the client to identify business needs functional and system requirementsPerform UAT and post-deployment testing to ensure accurate implementation of the needed business functional and system requirementsProvide regular and open communication across the program and stakeholders for transparency and awareness of progress and impedimentsUnderstand visualize and manage upstream/downstream dependenciesDrive delivery and continuous improvement by utilizing feedback and metrics to identify areas of opportunityCommunicate requirements to developers testers and stakeholdersDemonstrate product functionality to stakeholdersTrack and communicate project metrics and progress and help manage risks and dependencies.Prioritize the features and epics on the program backlogWrite user stories and prioritize them based on the requirementsSupport effective change management practicesCreate Salesforce training materials and guidesEnsure Salesforce solutions are aligned with internal policies and compliance standardsEvaluate and recommend new Salesforce tools or integrationsQualifications US citizen or Authorized to Work and lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years.Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government public trust clearanceBachelors degree in business Computer Science or a related field8 years of experience as a Business Analyst Product Owner IT Project Manager or in a similar role6 years of Salesforce experienceProficiency in Agile software development methodologies includingScrum and KanbanExceptional analytical skills and an ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.Must have agile or POPM certification preferredSalesforce certification preferred; specifically Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Administrator.Exceptional facilitation communication and conflict resolution skillsDemonstrated ability to break down complex requirements into actionable work itemsDemonstrated ability to work with engineering and analytics teams to discuss technical concepts make tradeoffs to remove roadblocks and evaluate new ideasExperience with tools like JIRA and ConfluenceAttention CandidatesWere dedicated to ensuring a safe and transparent recruitment process for all candidates and have implemented robust measures to protect your personal information.
