As the largest pure-play Salesforce Summit Partner specifically dedicated to the subscription economy Neocol has created repeatable playbooks and assets that empower transformation at the highest level.Day in the Life of a Sr. Salesforce Project ManagerAs a Sr. Project Manager you are the face of Neocol and main point of contact for the clients. You will establish a comprehensive understanding of client expectations and business processes and then architect and manage a plan to meet those goals. This position may involve travel.Project & Delivery LeadershipCoordinate with Client PM to own scope schedule budget and manage client communications and with Neocol team resources accordinglyOwn the overall delivery of engagements and ensure all team members are accountable for their individual roles and deliverables.Proactively identify manage through and escalate project risks and issues to internal and external executive team members as needed.Identify and address project scope issues and manage the customer through the process of issue resolution change order or other processes.Provide feedback leadership and direction to individual team members within each engagement.Work with fellow Neocol Project Managers and delivery teams to share resources across projects and maintain forecastsClient & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the main point of contact for client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Plans organizes and coordinates discovery sessions and requirements gathering workshops ensuring the right participants are in the room.Build and maintain strong client relationships exceeding expectations and ensuring satisfaction.Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status risks and issues effectively.Support clients through change management and user adoption initiatives.Practice DevelopmentServe as a contributing member of the Customer Success practice and mentor other Project Managers across Neocol.Contribute to the development of engagement and project standards best practices templates and other artifacts to establish Neocols reputation and performance in customer success.Support and contribute to company and practice all hands training and other events and sessions to further the development of our sales and delivery practitioners at Neocol.Our Core Values in ActionCollaboration: Across all key stakeholders (employees partners customers) it is essential that we work together as a team to drive value in every interaction and implementation.Creativity: We enjoy getting creative in the way we solution with our customers work with our teammates and drive value with our partners.Trust: It is important that Neocol operate in a fun open and ethical environment.
