The role involves collaborating with engineers to develop software components using technologies such as virtualization microservices software-defined networking network functions virtualization and big data. It requires independent judgment to resolve technical issues and make recommendations for software design and implementation. If youre up to the challenge apply today!Job Responsibilities:Develop software solutions and conduct tests to drive engineering projects and ensure quality deliverablesContribute to design innovations that improve systems processes or services using new frameworks and industry best practicesCollaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions and mentor others through knowledge sharing and training sessionsSupport technology strategy by evaluating and applying current technologies that align with business goalsCreate clear documentation for software code system designs and business requirements to support knowledge sharingAlso responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as neededEducation and Work Experience:Bachelors Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science Software Engineering Information Management or equivalent experience in field (Required)4-7 years - Technical engineering experience.Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.5 or higher including component development workflows client libraries and best-practice implementation patterns.Strong understanding of Editable Templates including template policies structure components and author configuration.Strong understanding of OSGi configurations including service/component configuration management run modes and OSGi console troubleshooting.Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot with experience developing scalable backend services and integrating with AEM.Working knowledge of TypeScript including modern frontend development practices.Basic knowledge of AEM Dispatcher including caching behavior cache invalidation and flushing agents.Basic familiarity with Adobe Cloud Manager including pipeline execution environment management and deployment workflows.Knowledge Skills and Abilities:Communication (Required)Customer Service (Required)Analytics (Required)Technical Writing (Required)Docker & Kubernetes (Nice to have)NPM & Maven Build Tools (Required)At least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United StatesTravel:Travel Required (Yes/No): YesDOT Regulated:DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No): NoSafety Sensitive Position (Yes/No): NoBase Pay Range: $113600 - $205000Corporate Bonus Target: 15%The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.At T-Mobile employees in regular non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
