ResponsibilitiesSr Software Quality Specialist for Intelligrated Systems LLC in Alpharetta GAResponsibilities:Review functional Stories Epics and Technical design documents to identify testing scope.Provide test estimates in alignment with agile development process.Author and Maintain Test Strategy Test Plan Test Scenarios Test results and Test Summary reports and review with cross-functional teams.Develop and execute test automation suite using Selenium webDriver for functional testing and J-meter for performance/load testing.Perform integration testing using Application Programming Interface (API) and User Interface (UI) testing.Maintain and monitor automated testing Jobs in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment model.Conduct thorough root cause analysis and develop regression testing scenarios for defects.Log and track defects to Closure in JIRA.Work on testing process improvements for new and existing products to improve defect containment on customer releases.QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE:Qualified applicants must have a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science Engineering or a related field and three (3) years of experience in software development.Alternatively employer will accept Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in the stated fields and five (5) years of experience in software development.Full term of required experience must include: Agile development methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban; proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium WebDriver and J-meter; API and UI testing; knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes; understanding of software testing best practices and industry trends; familiarity with programming languages such as Java and SQL; understanding of technical design and interface touch points that are internal and external to the system like REST API JSON XML async socket thrift and Kafka; using Kibana elastic search Fluentd for application monitoring logs and time-series analytics; hands-on experience using Jira for defect management and Agile methodology; and test data configuration and planning for functional system integration end-to-end and volume performance testing using automation simulation and emulation test tools.Approximately 10% domestic travel required.Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:Location: Alpharetta GA40 hours/weekEmployee Referral Fee: $1500If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE.Required Experience:Senior IC Key Skills Quality Assurance,FDA Regulations,Data Collection,Food Safety Experience,ISO 9001,Mobile Devices,Root cause Analysis,Quality Systems,OSHA,Food Processing,Quality Management,cGMP Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
