Job Description

The senior specialist in technology business operations plays a critical role in enabling leaders and teams to operate strategically and efficiently across multiple areas of the technology organization. This position is responsible for driving clarity around key initiatives and metrics supporting both recurring and ad hoc projects and providing high-level administrative and operational support to department leadership. The ideal candidate is highly organized proactive and detail-oriented with a strategic mindset strong service orientation and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Ensure flawless execution of meetings and eventsonsite offsite and virtualthrough proactive planning strategic agenda design detailed run-of-show coordination accurate notetaking comprehensive meeting material preparation and timely follow-up with stakeholdersLead strategic data efforts by gathering analyzing and reporting key metrics to deliver actionable insights across the organizationStrengthen internal and external communications by partnering with the communications team to refine processes and train technology team members on standards and best practicesManage assigned projects end-to-end with precision and thorough documentation including timelines resources budgets status updates and deliverablesHelp lead planning and execution of Pilots annual technology hackathon event and other key departmental events ensuring strategic alignment cross-functional coordination and exceptional attendee experienceDevelop executive-level content in PowerPoint Excel and Word and mentor others in producing high-impact materialsDrive operational efficiency by administering collaboration tools and designing scalable processes and documentation to support team effectivenessMaintain and optimize SharePoint content for the technology leadership team ensuring timely accessibility and relevanceFoster strong collaborative relationships with executive and administrative assistants as well as technology leaders across all focus areas to enhance coordination communication and operational effectivenessPromote the technology organizations strategy through daily interactions that reinforce purpose drive alignment and support business goalsPerform additional duties as needed to support evolving priorities and initiatives Qualifications : Bachelors degree in business communications project management technology management information systems or other related field5 years of strategic planning project management or other related experience preferably in a fast-paced corporate environmentStrong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint Excel Teams Outlook and WordDemonstrated experience of working effectively independently as well as collaborating as part of a teamSuccessful management and use of Microsoft SharePoint or similar collaboration tool(s) preferredWork experience in or with technology engineering teams preferredExceptional interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSrong ability to interact professionally and build relationships with a diverse group of leaders team members and vendorsDemonstrated experience taking initiative multi-tasking and meeting deadlinesPassionate about taking initiative and seeking ways for continuous improvementAbility to work successfully as part of a team as well as independentlyManagement of confidential information with professionalism and discretionDemonstrated experience of beginner to intermediate analytical skillsAdditional Information : Travel required up to 5%General office work requires sitting or standing for long periods of timeAble to work evenings and odd hours as neededAble to lift 20 lbs.Remote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Financial Services,Information Technology,Cost Control,Corporate Risk Management,Law Experience: years Vacancy: 1
