They develop and implement supply chain policies and inventory control systems ensuring materials are available to meet production demands while maintaining cost efficiency. By leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal stakeholders they enhance supply chain processes and align them with organizational goals. Their expertise in complex data analysis and vendor management supports robust forecasting and risk mitigation strategies. Through their leadership they drive improvements in supply chain performance contributing significantly to the operational excellence of T-Mobile.Job Responsibilities:Develops and implements supply chain policies and inventory control systems to ensure material availability meets production demandsLeads cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain processes and align them with organizational goalsCollaborates with internal stakeholders to optimize the flow of products and materialsAnalyzes complex data to support forecasting and risk mitigation strategiesManages vendor relationships to ensure strategic business objectives are metDrives improvements in supply chain performance to contribute to operational excellenceEducation and Work Experience:Bachelors Degree Business Supply Chain Management or related field OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)2-4 years - Experience in supply chain planning including inventory and demand planning in a telecom or related industry required.2-4 years - Experience in developing and implementing supply chain policies and inventory control systems required.2-4 years - Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain processes required.Knowledge Skills and Abilities:Supply Chain Management- Expertise in developing and implementing supply chain policies and inventory control systems. (Required)Data Analysis- Ability to perform complex data analysis to support forecasting and risk mitigation strategies. (Required)Vendor Management- Skills in managing vendor relationships and enhancing supply chain processes through effective collaboration. (Required)Licenses and Certifications:Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Certification provided by APICS that validates expertise in supply chain management and operations. (Preferred)Supply Chain Management (CPIM) Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM): Certification from APICS that demonstrates knowledge in production and inventory management enhancing efficiency in the supply chain. (Preferred)Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) Certification from the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) that indicates expertise in supply management and procurement. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.At T-Mobile employees in regular non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
