ResponsibilitiesSr Supply Planner Manager forHoneywell International Inc. (Atlanta GA)RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead global supply planning for all regions.Responsible for the budget and design to develop coordinate and align the Site / Network Supply plans for BA Globally.Support all SBGs and regional Supply/Inventory Planning leads as well as the master data team to execute the vision and goals for BA Supply Planning globally.Enable key performance indicators of speed on time to first promise and on time to request at the lowest cost of capital through effective and automated supply plans.Partner with the SBG COE team as the SME for your business to drive standard processes and ensure adherence to the Honeywell Global Design Model for Supply Planning and ensuring the full utilization of the Kinaxis Rapid Response planning tool and SAP within business.Support the update of PFEP quarterly designing automation of messages in RR and SAP and drive the team to enable a finished goods supply plans aligned to the global design model that achieves maximum customer satisfaction and ensures working capital remains within business goals.Lead key projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement in supply and network planning for BA Globally.Support and drive a positive working environment and culture of continuous improvement throughout organization to achieve the best possible outcome from the supply/inventory planning teams.Support the development of the supply/inventory planning teams through training coaching and mentoring to increase their skills and capability in readiness for internal progression and succession.Closely involved in product lifecycle events and transitions to ensure the network supply strategy delivers on the product portfolio vitality goals.Attend monthly SIOP meetings to approve the supply plans and to present these and the associated risks and mitigating plans to the Business leadership in the Reconciliation and Exec meetings.QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE:Qualified applicants must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Supply Chain Engineering or a related field and 6 years of supply chain experience.Must have 5 years of experience with the following: experience in Supply / Inventory Planning operations planning/scheduling materials management or other Sales Inventory & Operations Planning related functional area; Proficiency with a Demand and/or Supply Planning tools (e.g. RapidResponse SAP APO module Forecast Pro); experience with SAP ERP systems; proficient in Microsoft applications.Up to 20% domestic and international travel required.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:Job Site: Atlanta GA40 hours/weekEligible for Employee Referral Program: $1500If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE.Required Experience:Manager Key Skills AXA,ABAP,CRM,Flash,Fpga,Arabic Cuisine Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
