Position: Sr. System Administrator - ITWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Systems Administrator to join our dynamic IT this role you will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining our core infrastructure ensuring reliability performance and security across our organization. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and excel in both on-premises and cloud-based platforms we want to hear from you!Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDesign deploy and manage Microsoft Windows Server platformAdminister and optimize virtualization environments using VMware Hyper-V or similar hypervisorsSupport and maintain Citrix application platformsManage cloud-hosted server platforms on Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS)Develop and implement Microsoft Group Policies and oversee server administrationMonitor and tune server performance to meet business requirementsAutomate tasks and processes using tools such as PowerShell and other utilitiesLead patch management processes to ensure infrastructure security and complianceImplement and maintain enterprise backup solutionsAdminister cybersecurity measures and monitor system logs for security eventsVulnerability management and remediationAdminister patch and maintain SAN (Storage Area Network) systems and server hardware Success Measures Incident Response Time: The average time it takes for the IT department to respond to an incident after it is reported.
