Position: Talent Acquisition ManagerReports to: Senior Manager Talent AcquisitionLocation: Columbus OhioPay Range: $95000 - $120000Superior is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to help lead our full recruiting lifecycle and ensure we attract evaluate and hire great talent.This leader will partner closely with department heads oversee new requisition requests with discipline drive compensation analyses and own relationships with external partners and talent communities. Importantly they will also champion continuous improvement across every aspect of our hiring process. This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus Ohio.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full recruiting lifecycle for a range of roles from sourcing and interviews to offer negotiation and onboardingConduct compensation analyses to ensure that our offers are competitive and aligned with market data and internal benchmarksPartner with leaders across the organization to understand recruiting needs and business objectivesManage requisition requests with a disciplined approach to ensure hiring decisions align with organizational priorities business needs and leadership expectationsProactively identify and drive creative ways to improve our recruiting process and candidate experienceBuild and leverage relationships with key talent communities including industry organizations and university career services officesManage relationships with third-party recruiting agencies including negotiating agreements and overseeing retained searchesYour Character TraitsYoure passionate about talent recruitment and employer brandingYou have excellent communication and interpersonal skillsYoure organized great at prioritization and have a strong attention to detailYoure a team player and feel comfortable collaborating with colleagues across all levels of the organizationYoure able to exercise confidentiality and discretion when dealing with candidate data and sensitive informationYour ExpertiseRequired: You have at least 5 years of in-house full-cycle recruiting experienceRequired: You have proven experience managing a recruiting team or functionRequired: You have demonstrated skill in managing and optimizing hiring processesRequired: You have strong competency in compensation analysis and offer developmentBonus Points: Youre familiar with Talent Acquisition in the construction industryOur BenefitsWe offer a range of professional and personal perks that you can enjoy as a member of Superior.
