Youll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.Youll play a critical role in ensuring compliance driving accuracy in IFRS tax accounting and supporting strategic projects that influence our business globally. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (Finance Legal and Operations) conduct in-depth tax research to interpret evolving regulations and ensure timely filings of federal and state tax returns including indirect tax compliance and much more.Well look to you for:Conducting in-depth tax research to interpret and apply evolving tax laws regulations and best practicesAssisting in tax provision reporting calculating and recording current and deferred income tax expense in compliance with IFRS (IAS 12)Maintaining accurate reconciliations of assigned tax accountsSupporting the bid process by analyzing state local and international tax implicationsGathering organizing and archiving tax data to support federal and state audits ensuring historical records are properly maintainedInterpreting investigating and responding to IRS and state agency correspondenceCollaborating across departments to provide expertise and support on complex tax projects and ensure seamless coordinationLeveraging advanced tax software (Corptax preferred) and technology to drive efficiency in tax reportingDeveloping and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships to support business operations and strategic projectsDemonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.All about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
