The TC works with the Solution Architect (SA) and Project Manager (PM) to configure ServiceNow according to the project scope and Contender best practices.Travel Requirements:This position will be remote within the Continental US with anticipated travel up to 5%. Responsibilities include:Understand industry and ServiceNow best practices.Understand Contender products and service offerings.Participate in the implementation of delivery projects including:Gathering requirements from the clientParticipating in design development with the Solution ArchitectImplementing requirements defined in Agile stories and tasksUnderstand and follow Contenders delivery methodologyRequired Skills and Professional ExperienceBachelors degree in IT or other relevant field or equivalent experienceAt least 5 years of experience as an administrator or developer of the ServiceNow platformAbility to develop on the ServiceNow platform including configuration and customizationStrong JavaScript experienceStrong interpersonal and communications skillsAbility to develop on the ServiceNow platform including configuration of:Business Rules Client Scripts and Script IncludesUI Policies and Data PoliciesTables and FormsDictionary OverridesPreferred Skills and Professional ExperienceExperience with the ITIL framework (ideally certified in ITIL Foundations)Experience explaining ServiceNow solutions to business stakeholdersKnowledge of Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes Workflow/Flow Designer Table/Form creation etc.Experience with Agile methodology (including story refinement testing and scrum)ServiceNow System Admin CertificationServiceNow Implementation Specialist CertificationOver all 5 years of experience on the ServiceNow platformCertified ServiceNow System AdministratorCertified Implementation SpecialistYour future at PresidioJoiningâPresidioâmeans stepping into aâculture of trailblazersthinkers builders and collaboratorswho push the boundaries of whats possible.
