Position: Sr. Technical Product Manager/Owner Location: Fairfield CA / Dallas TX Duration: Permanenet Full Time Work: Onsite Travel: Up to 25% Responsibilities: Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into technical product (functional/non-functional/technical) requirements. Ability to work well with internal teams including developers engineers architects quality assurance as well as business operations such as Product marketing managers business segment teams (Business Analysts). Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations. Understand research and follow technical trends in the industry and in general. Follow competitors and conduct technical capability analysis regularly. Provide internal and customer training on how to use the product. Answer incoming questions about the product and its capabilities to support Sales & Marketing teams. Assess document and address technical risks in collaboration with architecture and product development teams. Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to the technical/developer community. Coordinate beta tests and define success criteria for testing and product acceptance. Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation. Lead technical pre-sales activities and technical product/solution demos supporting sales & marketing team. Require Skills: Bachelors Degree with 5 years of Product Engineering/ Technical Product Management experience (3 years with masters degree) for Power Transmission & Distribution System Automation & Control Software Domain 5 years Agile based SDLC experience with enterprise level environments 4 years experience as a Product Owner 2 years experience in scrum CICD and DevOps. Experienced in requirements gathering and aggregation. Experience in digital/software solutions for Electrical Power Transmission & Distribution Industry. Scripting / Programming skills.
